What is not FM:
A clear objective is to provide our customers with the management of external services that are not their core business so we can not:
• Being just subcontractors of external suppliers
• Being hired for management activities without bringing before synergies, identifying improvements and not continuing to act as partners of our client at the stage
• Get involved in the methods of work, continius training, personnal decisions of our client and forget that each activity during the duration of the contract may change the requirements and needs of our client
• Deny that mistakes can be detected in a day to day managing basis and that we should look after customer benefits resulting on improvements implementation.
