Samara is a residential development comprised of 169 luxury apartments on a 36,430-square-meter (391,989-square-foot) site in Marbella on Spain’s exclusive Costa del Sol. Located in a secluded residential development, Samara offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea as well as a rich amenity base including luxurious gardens, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym with saunas, a large outdoor Jacuzzi, 241 parking spaces and extra rooms for storage. Homes are divided among a series of 25 blocks, each oriented to maximize the view corridor. Three golf courses are in the immediate vicinity as well as a major hospital. Apartment sales are handled through an on-site marketing center which includes a detailed project model as well as a show flat.
